Premium Only Plan

A Premium Only Plan (POP) allows employees to pay their portion of insurance premiums with pre-tax dollars.  Benefits that are typically offered with a POP include Health, Dental, Vision, AD&D, STD, LTD and Group Life Insurance up to $50,000.
